Crafter/Vendors Rules and Regulations

 

1.      YOU WILL HAVE YOUR BOOTHS SET UP IN DESIGNATED SPACES AT LEAST ONE (1) HOUR BEFORE THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

2.      YOU WILL STAY WITHIN THE BOOTH SPACE PROVIDED FOR YOUR SHOW ITEMS. NO ITEMS ARE ALLOWED IN THE WALK WAY AREA.

3.      THE FESTIVAL COORDINATOR WILL ASSIGN ALL SPACES. SPACES ARE ASSIGNED ON A "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" BASIS.

4.      ALL VEHICLES WILL BE OFF THE GROUNDS 1-1/2 HOURS BEFORE SHOW GROUNDS OPEN. AND POSITIVELY NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS DURING FESTIVAL HOURS. ONLY AFTER THE CROWDS HAVE DWINDLED TO A SAFE NUMBER WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO REMOVE OR RESTOCK YOUR CRAFT ITEMS.

5.      NO FOOD OR DRINK ITEMS WILL BE SOLD FROM CRAFT BOOTHS WITHOUT COORDINATORS APPROVAL.

6.      NO OBSCENE, DEROGATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ITEMS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE WILL BE ALLOWED.

7.      THE ALABAMA PECAN FESTIVAL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS. SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY NIGHTS.

8.      YOU MAY SET UP YOUR TENT OR TABLES ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON IF YOU DESIRE. THERE WILL BE SOMEONE ON THE GROUNDS TO ASSIST YOU IN FINDING YOUR SPACE UNTIL 6:00 PM.

9.      EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN WITH THE COORDINATOR PRIOR TO SETTING UP. AND ALL MONIES OWED PAID AT THIS TIME.

10. THE ALABAMA PECAN FESTIVAL COORDINATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR MODIFY THESE RULES
      AS NECESSARY FOR THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF ALL CONCERNED. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE
      COORDINATOR ARE FINAL.
