Songwriter Contest Entry Form

(Only one song per entry form with $10.00 money order made payable to Alabama Pecan Festival, but you may enter up to two songs, each on a separate entry form,   and separate lyric sheets, but sending only one money order for the total.)

All Entry Forms must be submitted between September 1st and October 31st of each year.  (Late entries will be accepted with approval; but must have all forms and fees paid before performing.)

I certify that I have read and will abide by the rules and regulations of this contest.  The song entered is of my own creation or if co-written, I have consent from my co-writer.
