Bake – Off for Charity

Bake your Favorite Recipe using 1 cup pecans

Bring your baked item along with a copy of your recipe on 3 x 5 card to the Festival Grounds on Saturday, November 4 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11:30 am

Any item received after 11:30 a.m. will not be judged

Judging to take place between 12:00 p. m. – 1:30

Winners will be announced at 2:00 PM

All items received will be available for tasting and recipe purchasing after the awards.

All proceeds will go to Catholic Social Services of Mobile.

To enter the Pecan Bake-Off at the Annual ALABAMA Pecan Festival, please bring a completed entry form to the address below on Saturday along with the items listed below.

All entries are required to use at least 1 cup of pecans.

Items must be dropped off between 9am – 11am Saturday, at the Alabama Pecan Festival, Bake-Off Area in the Tillman’s Corner Community Center. Any items received after 11 AM will not be considered for judging.

When you drop off your prepared item, please be sure to include the recipe on a 3” X 5” card. Entries will not be accepted without recipes.

$1.00 Entry Fee Required!

Judging will be between 11:30 AM and 2 PM with the awards presentation on the main stage at 2:45 on Saturday.

NO REFRIGERATION AVAILABLE!!!

After judging, all entries will be used for the ALABAMA Pecan Festival Charity Tasting and Recipe purchasing with proceeds to benefit Catholic Social Services.
