Queen
Sarah Wood
The Alabama Pecan Festival proudly presents the 2008 queen
Sarah Wood the 18 year old daughter of Gregg Wood and Bonita
Tanner. Sarah is a freshman at Auburn University where she
is majoring in
Sports Medicine with a minor in
Sports Broadcast Journalism.
Sarah's Awards and
Honors are: the 2008 Miss Theodore and
Miss Congeniality. Her hobbies include: softball,
cheerleading, dance, tennis, shopping, hunting, fishing, and
watching football.

Festival Queen
Chelsea Fenton
Chelsea Fenton is the 16 year
old daughter of Mark and Robin Fenton. She is a Jr. at
McGill-Toolen High School.
Chelsea's awards and honors
are: The George W. Bush 2006 Volunteer Service Award,
Academic Letter, Prudential Spirit of Community Nominee, and
WKRG Hurricane Hero of the Week 2005. Her hobbies are
volunteering, sewing, and reading.

2006-2007 Queen Jodie Raine Giles
Jodie is the 21 year
old daughter of Oliver "Buddy" and Norma Giles of Summerdale,
Alabama. Jodie attends Faulkner State Community College.

2005-2006 Queen Sarah Nicole Simmons
Sarah graduated from Theodore High School 2005 with
honors and is currently attending the University of South Alabama. Her
major is nursing but hopes to further her education and become a Nurse
Anesthetist.
